• What you tell us on a call or in a text message. Calls to our main line may be answered by an automated assistant, and calls and messages may be recorded or transcribed so we can follow up accurately.
• Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit the site, such as pages viewed and device type.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, schedule visits, give you a written price and do the work.
• To send you text messages about your request and appointments, if you agreed to receive them.
• To keep records of the jobs we do.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, we use your mobile number only to message you about your request and appointments. Details are in our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business, such as our customer management, phone and texting software and our website host. They process information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep job and contact records for as long as we need them for the work, warranties and our legal and tax obligations.

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
